A parent in Prescott Valley called us to handle a move-out clean for their son’s 1,300 sq ft basement apartment — a one-bedroom unit that two roommates were vacating, with the original furniture still in place.
We scheduled the job for the following Thursday morning. Up front, we confirmed we don’t move furniture (a liability rule, not a policy we bend), but we clean around every piece and take down every wall surface that isn’t blocked.
