A move in / move out clean is a one-time, top-to-bottom clean for an empty home. We use it to help renters recover security deposits, landlords flip units quickly between tenants, and home sellers present a spotless property to buyers.

- Sweep and mop all hard floors; vacuum all carpets
- Spot-clean walls (scuffs, fingerprints, light marks — not full wall washing)
- Wipe all baseboards in every room
- Wipe all door frames, door tops, and door handles

What we need from you
- The home should be empty. We can’t clean around boxes or furniture.
- Utilities (power and water) must be on.
- Refrigerator should be emptied if it’s part of the clean.
- Trash receptacles emptied or pre-arranged for hauling.
- We don’t move heavy furniture, so any furniture left in place limits what we can reach behind / under.
Pricing & how to book
Move-out cleans are flat-rate, priced by square footage and bedroom / bathroom count. You’ll see the price in real time during online booking. Most jobs run 4-7 hours with a 2-person team. Need same-week scheduling for a deposit deadline? Mention it in the booking notes — we usually have something.
The move in / move out upcharge is +$180 on top of the standard one-time price for the same home. For a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,200 sq ft Phoenix home that’s $390 + $180 = $570; for a 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 3,200 sq ft home it’s $592 + $180 = $772.
