A deep clean is a one-time, top-to-bottom reset for your home. It covers everything in our standard 40-point home cleaning checklist plus sixteen additional tasks we don’t do on a regular maintenance visit — baseboards, blinds, vents, ceiling fans, wall spot-cleaning, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and more.

Most homes in the Phoenix metro and northern Arizona benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year — typically in spring (after winter dust settles) and fall (before holiday guests). It’s also the right starting point if you’ve recently moved in, just finished construction or remodeling, or haven’t had a professional clean in over six months.

When to book a deep clean

• First clean with us. New customers usually start with a deep clean so we can hit reset, then move to a recurring home cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.
• Spring or fall reset. Phoenix and Tucson dust loads are heavy. A deep clean removes settled dust from blinds, vents, baseboards, and ceiling fans that a standard clean leaves alone.
• Before guests arrive. Holiday visitors, new baby, family in town — a deep clean has your home ready.
• After construction or remodeling. Drywall and sawdust hide everywhere. We do a thorough post-construction clean to make the space livable again.
• End of tenancy. If you’re moving out and want every cent of your deposit, see our move in / move out cleaning — it’s a deep clean tuned for empty homes.

What’s included beyond a standard clean

A deep clean is the full standard 40-point checklist plus these additional tasks:

1. Baseboards in every room — wiped with microfiber, not just dusted
2. Interior of oven (door glass, racks, walls)
3. Interior of refrigerator (shelves, drawers, door seals)
4. Interior of microwave
5. Interior of dishwasher (filter, gasket, door)
6. Inside cabinets and drawers (when empty or pre-cleared)
7. Window interiors and tracks
8. Window sills and ledges
9. Air vent covers and intake grilles
10. Blinds — dusted and wet-wiped
11. Ceiling fan blades and light fixtures
12. Door frames, door tops, and door handles throughout
13. Light switches and outlet covers — disinfected
14. Wall spot-cleaning (scuffs, fingerprints, crayon — not full wall washing)
15. Garage sweep
16. Whole-home disinfection of high-touch surfaces

We can’t move heavy furniture, but we’ll clean everything visible and reachable. If you’d like areas behind furniture cleaned, please pull pieces out before our team arrives.

Pricing & how to book

Deep cleans are flat-rate, priced by bedrooms and bathrooms. Pricing shows in real time during online booking. A 3-bedroom, 2-bath deep clean typically takes a 2-person team 5-6 hours.

The deep clean upcharge is +$150 on top of the standard one-time price for the same home. For a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,200 sq ft Phoenix home that’s $390 + $150 = $540 for a one-time deep clean. See our full pricing page for the published formula and worked examples across home sizes.
