How the formula works
Standard cleaning is built by adding the components for your home, adding a square-footage adjustment, applying any recurring-frequency discount, then adding the service-type premium if it isn’t a standard clean.
Per-component pricing
| Component | Price |
|---|---|
| Base price (every job) | $130.00 |
| Per bedroom | $20.00 |
| Per bathroom | $30.00 |
| Per kitchen (0–2) | $25.00 |
| Per living room (0–3) | $15.00 |
| Per half bathroom (0–2) | $15.00 |
Most homes have 1 kitchen and 1 living room — those are the booking-flow defaults.
Square-footage adjustment
Larger homes need more cleaner-hours and (above 2,500 sq ft) often a third team member. Adders are flat by band:
| Square footage | Adder |
|---|---|
| 500 – 1,000 | $8 |
| 1,001 – 1,500 | $19 |
| 1,501 – 2,000 | $43 |
| 2,001 – 2,500 | $100 |
| 2,501 – 3,000 | $212 |
| 3,001 – 3,500 | $252 |
| 3,501 – 4,000 | $294 |
| 4,001 – 4,500 | $374 |
| 4,501 – 5,000 | $398 |
| 5,001 – 5,500 | $445 |
| 5,501 – 6,000 | $475 |
| 6,001 – 6,500 | $545 |
| 6,501 – 7,000 | $625 |
Service-type premium
The four service types build on the same standard base. Pick the one that matches what your home actually needs:
| Service type | Premium on top of standard |
|---|---|
| Standard cleaning | $0 (the anchor) |
| Airbnb cleaning | +$30 |
| Deep cleaning | +$150 |
| Move in / move out cleaning | +$180 |
See home cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in / move out cleaning for what each service covers.
Recurring frequency discount
Locking in a recurring schedule cuts the (components + sqft) total by a fixed percentage; any service-type premium is added on top of the discounted total. The discounts are exact:
| Frequency | Discount |
|---|---|
| Weekly | 20% off |
| Bi-Weekly | 15% off |
| Every 3 weeks | 12% off |
| Monthly | 10% off |
| Every 6 weeks | full price |
| One-time | full price |
Recurring service is no-contract — pause or cancel any time. We lock in your day, time, and assigned cleaner so the same person rotates through your home.
Worked example — bi-weekly standard, mid-size home
A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with 1 kitchen and 1 living room, 1,800 sq ft, on a bi-weekly standard schedule:
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Base | $130.00 |
| 3 × bedroom ($20) | $60.00 |
| 2 × bathroom ($30) | $60.00 |
| 1 × kitchen ($25) | $25.00 |
| 1 × living room ($15) | $15.00 |
| 1,501 – 2,000 sq ft adder | $43.00 |
| Components subtotal | $333.00 |
| Bi-Weekly discount (-15%) | -$49.95 |
| Standard, bi-weekly | $283.05 / clean |
The same home as a one-time deep clean: $333 + $150 = $483. Same home as a one-time move-out: $333 + $180 = $513.

Frequently asked
1. How much does house cleaning cost in Phoenix?
A standard one-time clean for a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Phoenix home (about 2,200 sq ft) is $390. Recurring schedules drop that 10–20% per visit: weekly is $312, bi-weekly $331.50, monthly $351. Deep cleans add $150 to the same base, and move-outs add $180.
2. How much does a deep clean cost?
A deep clean adds $150 to the standard one-time price for the same home. For a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,200 sq ft home that’s $390 + $150 = $540. Deep cleans cover everything in the standard 40-point checklist plus the deep-clean add-on list — baseboards in every room, inside appliances, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, wall spot-cleaning, and more. See the deep cleaning service page for the full scope.
3. How much does a move-out cleaning cost?
Move-out cleans add $180 to the standard one-time price for the same home. For a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,200 sq ft home that’s $390 + $180 = $570. For a larger 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 3,200 sq ft home it’s $592 + $180 = $772. Move-outs are designed to recover security deposits and pass landlord walk-throughs.
4. How much does an Airbnb cleaning cost?
Airbnb / vacation rental cleans add $30 to the standard one-time price. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,400 sq ft turnover is $289 + $30 = $319. Most hosts book a recurring per-turnover schedule, which uses the same per-visit pricing.
5. Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?
Standard cleans are flat-rate, built from the published formula above. Hourly bookings are available for one-off jobs (single rooms, walls only, post-event touch-ups) at $75/hr with a 2.5-hour minimum.
6. Can I see exactly what my home will cost before booking?
Yes — the online booking flow shows your exact total in real time as you select bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, half-bathrooms, square footage, frequency, service type, and any add-ons. About one minute, no phone call required.
7. Do prices include supplies and tax?
Yes — supplies, equipment, and tax are included in the booking total. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price your card is charged after the clean is complete.
8. Is there a discount for first-time customers?
First-time customers get 10% off with the code WEEKDAYS10 on weekday bookings.
9. Are tips expected or included?
Tips are not included and not expected, but always appreciated. The booking flow includes an optional tip selector, or you can leave cash. 100% of tips go to the cleaning team.
10. What’s the cheapest cleaning option?
The lowest standard one-time price for a real home — 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 800 sq ft — is $228. A weekly recurring schedule on the same home cuts that to $182.40 per visit. For one-off micro-jobs (a single bathroom, walls only) the hourly minimum at $187.50 may come in lower than a flat-rate standard.
