I’ve used this company 4 times now and while the cleaners haven’t always been perfect the owner stands behind his company and will correct the situation if you’re not satisfied. He is always interested in feedback and how the cleaner(s) did. That’s saying a lot! He obviously really cares how everything turns out and he does hold his staff to a higher standard. They give a discount for a subscription service and work off of flat rate instead billing by the hour- which has been great. I would recommend, and I will continue to use their services. They are reasonable, very communicative and work around your schedule and needs.
