Pricing & operating model
Commercial cleaning is quoted per property after a 20-minute walkthrough — square footage, schedule, and scope all affect the rate. Typical Prescott pricing ranges:
- 1,500-2,500 sq ft office, 3x-weekly: $300-450 per visit
- 2,500-4,000 sq ft medical or professional office, weekly: $250-380 per visit
- 4,000-6,000 sq ft mixed-use, weekly: $400-600 per visit
Quotes lock at signing, with a 60-day initial term and month-to-month after that. After-hours service (work performed between 6pm and 6am) carries no premium for properties on a recurring schedule. We invoice monthly with net-15 terms.
After-hours and weekend service
Most professional offices, retail stores, and medical practices want cleaning outside business hours so staff and patients aren’t disrupted. We schedule:
- Weeknight cleans between 6pm and 11pm
- Early-morning cleans between 4am and 7am
- Weekend cleans Saturday or Sunday during business windows you specify
Each property gets its own access protocol — keypad code, lockbox, badge swipe, or a key-handoff arrangement with your office manager. We don’t share access codes between staff and rotate access if our team changes.
Insurance and trust
Every commercial cleaner on our team is:
- Background-checked before first solo visit
- Bonded and covered by general liability insurance
- Trained on your property’s specific checklist before working solo
- Tracked via a sign-in/sign-out log for every visit
Liability coverage details and a Certificate of Insurance can be sent to your office manager or building owner on request — we send those on first request rather than holding them as a closing-tactic.

1. How long is the initial commitment?
60 days for new commercial accounts, then month-to-month with 30-day notice to cancel. The 60 days lets us learn your property’s specifics and lets you evaluate the service over a real cycle.
2. Can you handle medical or dental offices?
Yes. We follow standard medical-office cleaning protocols — disinfecting solutions on exam surfaces, restroom turnovers per OSHA-aligned standards, separate cloth/cleaning supply rotation between exam and common areas. We don’t handle biohazard cleanup or sharps disposal — that’s a specialized vendor.
3. Do you bring supplies or do we supply our own?
Either works. By default we bring all standard cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables. Some commercial customers prefer to stock their own paper goods (especially branded or premium options) and we’ll use those instead.
4. What if our office layout changes — new walls, new desks, more square footage?
We re-walk the property when scope changes and adjust the rate. No surprise mid-month rate hikes; we send a written change-order before the new rate applies.
5. Can you do floor stripping and waxing?
Yes — quoted separately as a one-time or quarterly service. Carpet shampooing also available on the same basis. Both run $0.30-0.60 per sq ft depending on floor type and condition.
6. Are you the same company as the Phoenix-based residential service?
Yes. Desert First Cleaning is one company — same management, same insurance, same operating standards across residential and commercial. The cleaning teams are different: residential team members focus on home work, commercial team members focus on commercial. Cross-trained for coverage.
