Home Cleaning
Our recurring or one-time standard clean, following the 40-point checklist across the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas: surfaces wiped and disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, mirrors and fixtures cleaned, beds made, and trash emptied.
Best for: ongoing upkeep on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, or a one-time refresh. Recurring schedules earn an automatic discount of up to 20% per visit, so most customers who book weekly or bi-weekly pay meaningfully less than a one-time rate.

Deep Cleaning
A top-to-bottom, one-time clean that covers everything in the standard checklist plus 16 additional tasks — baseboards, door frames, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, interior windows, and the inside of appliances. It’s the reset a standard clean can’t do in a single visit.
Best for: your first clean with us, seasonal resets, post-guest or pre-event cleaning, or any home that hasn’t had a professional clean in a while. Many recurring customers start with a deep clean and then switch to standard home cleaning to maintain it.

Move In / Move Out Cleaning
An empty-home deep clean tuned for security-deposit recovery, landlord turnovers, and home-sale walk-throughs. On top of the deep-clean scope, it includes inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, and full sanitization of every room so the home shows (and hands off) spotless.
Best for: renters moving out who want their deposit back, landlords flipping a unit between tenants, and sellers or buyers at closing.

Hourly, add-ons & commercial
Need post-construction cleanup, a partial clean, or something that doesn’t fit a standard package? We also offer hourly cleaning — mention what you need in our contact form and we’ll quote it. We handle light commercial cleaning (offices, vacation-rental turnovers) as well; reach out and we’ll scope it with you. Common add-ons like interior windows, inside the fridge, or extra dusting can be attached to any booking.
